- What's the warranty?
The warranty for our mowers is as follows:
● General Warranty: The mower itself is covered for 3 years.
● Motor, Range Extender, and Battery: These components are covered for 2 years or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first.
● Navigation and Vision Electronics: These electronic components are covered for 1 year.
● Exclusions: Please note that the warranty does not cover consumable parts such as blades and other wear items.
This warranty ensures that you have peace of mind with your purchase while enjoying our reliable products.
- How do I program my mower?
To program your mower, we offer three mapping methods:
● Device or Marker Mapping: The mower or a designated marker device moves around the lawn area, creating a map and mowing path as it records the boundaries.
● Smart Controller Mapping: Using a mobile device or tablet with smart control software, you can draw the mowing map directly on Google Maps and then import it into the mower.
● Office Computer Mapping: For more complex areas, you can create the mowing map on Google Maps from your office computer and then upload it to the mower's control system. This method is ideal for larger or more intricate terrains.
We understand that for those accustomed to traditional lawn mowers, setting up a mowing map can be a daunting task. To ease the transition, we offer every new customer over 4 hours of free on-site map setup and operational training. Additionally, each mower comes with 10 free maps to ensure you can get started smoothly and efficiently.
- Will you provide a technical support for free?
We provide two types of technical support, and in most cases, both are free of charge:
● General Questions: For general inquiries, simply leave a message on our website, and our team will respond within one business day. This service is free for all users.
● Customer Support: If you are an existing customer, you'll have a dedicated technical support representative. You can contact them via message or phone. In the event that on-site service is needed, it will also be free during the warranty period and under normal usage. Fees only apply if the warranty has expired or if the issue is due to improper usage.

- What does fully autonomous mean?
Fully autonomous refers to a commercial lawn mower that, after an initial map setup, can operate independently without the need for human intervention. Once the mowing map and path are set, the mower will automatically follow the designated route, working continuously for 8-10 hours. It is equipped with sensors to detect people or animals nearby and will stop immediately until the area is clear. For future mowing sessions, you simply load the existing map and path, allowing the mower to complete the task on its own, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
- How about the lead time?
Our standard lead time is typically 13 weeks. However, depending on our current inventory and production schedule, this timeframe may be shortened or extended. When you're ready to place an order, our sales team will provide you with a more accurate delivery estimate based on the latest availability and production updates.
