The company’s president, Roger Leon, stated: “We are deeply grateful to our customers for their enthusiasm for the product and their admiration for Atomo’s technical capabilities and potential. They’ve provided us with many valuable suggestions for optimization. It’s important for us to take these product suggestions seriously and develop tailored improvement plans for different categories. We’re pleased to see that within a few months, we’ve been able to make some meaningful adjustments. Once the product is delivered to customers, we anticipate receiving even more real-world feedback. Our goal is to incorporate all these suggestions and insights to prepare for the official product launch next spring.” The delivered units will be partially retained by the company for demonstration purposes, while others will be sent directly to customer sites. Macbot’s technical team will collaborate with customers during actual usage, gaining more hands-on experience to further refine the product.
