MacBOT Inc. is currently accepting pre-orders for selected products.
Pre-Order Refunds
Pre-order payments are refundable before the order is confirmed for production, shipment, or installation.
If you decide not to proceed with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting MacBOT Inc.
Once your order has entered production, shipping, installation, or another committed fulfillment stage, the pre-order payment may no longer be refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us and provide your name and pre-order information.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
